l We receive referrals from another member of ISS network members regarding a missing family member in China.

2. For ordinary tracing cases for family reunion purpose, we need concrete information in order to trace the person such as full names(Chinese), date(or year) and country of birth, phone number, address, email, etc. Generally, more concrete information may increase the chance of successful tracing. However, the tracing operation and requirement in different countries and areas are different. Please note that the enquirers should clearly state the reason of tracing.

3. Enquirers must also include three forms of personal identification including:

l 1 photo ID, such as a photocopy of your identity card. driver’s licence or passport

l 1 photocopy of identification with your address printed on (i.e. utility bill / bank statement)

l A copy of your full birth certificate

4. The tracing process may take some considerable time. Immediately the tracing procedure starts, you will be informed of the case progress.

5. Addresses and other information about the relative being traced will not be disclosed without the consent of that person.
